Available Positions

This position is responsible for researching and implementing detection measures using data from a wide spectrum of sources. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical competence and will perform opportunistic threat hunting and forensic analysis when required during incidents.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight for execution of forensic projects on time, within budget and to meet or exceed client and firm expectations
  • Provide deep forensic and related subject matter expertise
  • Provide support for the development of forensics and related products and services
  • Assist in prospecting, marketing & business development activities for the forensic practice through subject-matter input for the development of forensics EOIs, Proposals, response to RFPs, RFI, ITB, SOW, presentations,
  • Work with external and internal clients to analyze criminal/civil/internal project requests and to plan and execute forensic support for both simple and complex investigations.

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field
  • 6+ Years of Cybersecurity experience with concentration in forensics and Incident Response, and/or practical experience performing forensics examination on a variety of media (including Windows, OS X, Linux, Android and iOS) as well as networks and systems
  • Experience with EnCase, FTK, X-Ways, Axiom, Forensic Explorer, Cellebrite and other forensic
  • Experience identifying and analyzing malware
  • Experience writing technical reports, detailing results of
  • Experience with forensic processes and procedures (chain of custody, computer acquisition techniques, and memory acquisition techniques)
  • Experience in facilitating cybersecurity and forensic training as well as tabletop exercises for technical and executive teams will be an advantage

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Management System Consultant to provide expert guidance and implementation support for international standards, including ISO 27001 (Information Security Management), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management), ISO 20000 (IT Service Management), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), Cybersecurity frameworks, and Cloud Security practices. The consultant will work with clients across industries to design, implement, and enhance management systems, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Consultation and Implementation:
    • Lead the design and implementation of management systems for ISO standards, including ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000, ISO 9001, and Cloud Security frameworks.
    • Conduct detailed gap analyses, identify non-conformities, and develop actionable improvement plans.
    • Assist clients in establishing policies, procedures, and controls tailored to their organizational needs.
  2. Risk Management:
    • Perform risk assessments.
    • Develop and implement risk treatment plans to mitigate vulnerabilities and enhance organizational resilience.
  3. Audit and Certification Support:
    • Prepare organizations for internal and external audits.
    • Conduct pre-certification readiness assessments and internal audits.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree is an added advantage

    • Lead Auditor/Implementer certifications in ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, and ISO 9001.

The Technical assistant will be responsible for providing high level administrative and technical support to the MD/CEO, will facilitate strategic initiatives and ensure the efficient execution of daily operations.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

            Eddy Kayihura

            NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

            Eddy Mabano Kayihura has held various positions in the IT and telecommunications sectors for more than 20 years, including a chief executive officer, chief information officer (CIO), network engineer, and software developer. Mr Kayihura worked as communication, financial technology (fin-tech), and IT infrastructure consultant in Rwanda before being named AFRINIC’s CEO.

            He served as CIO at the Bank of Kigali, the largest bank in Rwanda, from December 2016 to December 2018, where he oversaw a group of over 70 engineers and business experts in charge of managing the bank’s IT division as well as its digital business operations. He has also been the Executive Chairman of the Rwanda Internet Community and Technology Alliance (RICTA). He also worked as the CEO of Broadband Systems Corporation in Rwanda for more than three years between September 2013 and December 2016. As a workshop facilitator on the AXIS project run by ISOC and the African Union, Mr Kayihura has aided in the expansion of the IXP ecosystem in Africa.

            Mr Kayihura holds an MBA in International Business from Oklahoma Christian University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the National University of Rwanda, Kigali, Rwanda, and numerous other professional qualifications.

During this period, he got an award for best geo-market in treasury operations during a SARBOX audit that was conducted in the firm globally. Prior to this role, Lanre was the CEO of Integral Assets Limited, a capabilities consulting organization for seven years, with clients in East and South Africa.

                                                                                                                                    She serves as Chairman or Board member on various Corporate and non-profit boards around the world, cutting across Education (IESE Business School, Imperial Gate Schools, Pan Atlantic University), Energy (D-Light Inc.), IT (Digital Jewels Limited), Manufacturing (Cadbury Nigeria Plc), Retail (House of Tara International), Financial Services (Binance, Alitheia IDF Fund LP, Nigeria Advisory Board for Impact Investing), Corporate Governance (Convention on Business Integrity), Advocacy (Women in Management, Business and Public Service, IFVI International Foundation for Valuing Impacts), to mention a few.

                                                                                                                                    In addition to her work leading businesses, Ibukun Awosika is also committed to serving nations. She was recently appointed to the UK G7 Impact Taskforce and the Global Steering Group for Impact Investing (GSG). She is a member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group and served on the pioneer board of the Nigerian Sovereign Wealth Fund.

                                                                                                                                    Over the years, she has received numerous awards locally and internationally. Her most recent recognitions are the 2020 Forbes Woman Africa Chairperson Award and the Beta Gamma Sigma 2020 Business Achievement Award. She is a fellow of the African Leadership Initiativand Aspen Global Leadership Network. She is also a recipient of 4 Honorary Doctorate Degrees.

                                                                                                                                    Ibukun Awosika has spoken at numerous world conferences and platforms, including the Global Leadership Summit, where she shares her knowledge on several economic, leadership and faith based topics. She is the founder of Ibukun Awosika Leadership Academy; Convener of The International Woman Leadership Conference in Dubai; also the founder of the Christian Missionary Fund, a faith-based organization that works with hundreds of missionaries spread across Nigeria to change lives through the provision of medical, educational and general relief.

                                                                                                                                    Ibukun Awosika is a woman of many firsts; she was the first Female Chairperson of Nigeria’s Premier Bank, First Bank 2016 – 2021, the first Nigerian recipient of the prestigious International Women Entrepreneurial Challenge (IWEC) Award and the first African recipient of the International Friendship Award 2019 by the Queen of Spain.

                                                                                                                                    As part of her commitment to investing in the next generation of business leaders, she started the 360 Executive Masterclass and The Life Series with Ibukun Awosika, which have directly impacted over 10,000 men and women and countless more across the world to date. She founded the Afterschool Graduate Development Centre, a career centre established to checkmate the high rate of unemployment in Nigeria. She is also a judge on Jack Ma’s Africa’s Business Heroes program for African entrepreneurs.

                                                                                                                                    Ibukun Awosika has multiple expressions beyond the boardroom. She is a seasoned author and shapes culture through her active involvement in media and purposeful entertainment. She featured in the highly rated Netflix Original blockbuster movie, Citation, and was the Executive Producer of ‘God Calling’, another exceptional movie which was released on Netflix in 2020.

                                                                                                                                    She is happily married to Abiodun Awosika and they are blessed with three wonderful sons.
