Tayo Aduloju

Dr. Tayo Aduloju is the Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), Nigeria’s leading private sector think tank and policy advocacy group. A seasoned policy entrepreneur, economist, strategist, and global development expert, he is widely recognised for translating complex policy and strategic agendas into measurable results.

He has over two decades of experience advising leaders across the private, public, and non-profit sectors in Nigeria, 14 other African countries, and the Middle East, including advising former Nigerian Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo and Umaru Musa Yar’Adua. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Fellow for Economic Policy, Strategy, and Competitiveness at the NESG.

Dr. Aduloju holds six academic degrees, including a doctorate in Economic Policy and Public Administration, and has pursued advanced executive education at Harvard, Oxford, MIT, and INSEAD. A Senior Executive Fellow of the Harvard Kennedy School, he is also a recipient of multiple professional fellowships and serves on key governance boards, including the Governing Council of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
